SMART-SLIDE sliding doors are a new generation in the field of sliding patio doors, which are characterized above all by excellent technical properties and ease of use.
HIGH TIGHTNESS OF THE STRUCTURE
The smart-slide sliding door is a new solution in the segment of sliding doors / windows, which can ultimately be an attractive alternative to PSK / PATIO terrace doors. It is a great solution both in terms of single-family housing, but also in public utility buildings, where ease of use and reliability are expected from patio doors. A well-thought-out combination of technical solutions makes the SMART-SLIDE achieve very good results in the field of air permeability, resistance to wind pressure and water resistance. All this thanks to properly matched perimeter seals of the sash, which, by turning the handle, are pressed transversely to the frame, along the entire circumference. Locking points in the area of the post also ensure high tightness.
The innovative closing mechanism allows for simple and intuitive operation (see the video), similar to the solutions used in lift and slide doors, type HST. Specialized window fittings ensure that the sash, after unlocking it, slides freely and without the slightest resistance on the trolleys in relation to the non-opening part of the structure. The locking mechanism allows the sash to be gently closed in the frame, and thus easy to operate the sliding door.

Large glass surfaces are very fashionable. SMART-SLIDE sliding doors meet this challenge by enabling the creation of a white glass structure with dimensions of 5.8 x 2.4 m in scheme C. The maximum dimensions of SMART-SLIDE sliding doors in scheme A are 4000 x 2400 mm in white (3800 x 2300) in color), and their division can be symmetrical or asymmetrical. The locking around the entire perimeter of the leaf provides a high pressure force, and at the same time, when opened, the leaf moves extremely easily, using minimal force. This is a very important advantage, especially in comparison with the rear-slide structures, which, with a large number of opening / closing cycles, may be difficult to operate. Additionally, thanks to the construction of profiles with the use of Multifalz technology, it is possible to optionally use the technology of sticking glass panes, which allows for greater rigidity of the entire structure.
EASE OF CARRYING OUT
The new SMART-SLIDE door is easy to make, which allows for high production efficiency. It is possible mainly due to the small number of profiles used in their production. As in the case of patio doors, the frame is welded, the system uses a post from the Ideal 4000 system, and permanent glazing is carried out directly in the frame. The entire production can be carried out using standard machinery.
The sash depth of 70 mm and the frame of 140 mm provide the new smart-slide sliding door with a wide range of possible applications, also in the area of renovation.

The SMART SLIDE door means not only potential profits and satisfaction with the comfort of use, but also an interesting proposition from the point of view of utility design. The design has a minimalist and somewhat Scandinavian design. The non-opening part of the fixed glazing implemented in extremely narrow profiles allows the maximization of glazed areas and the reduction of the frame area, which is in line with customer expectations and trends in the design of modern glazing.
